What to do when I see in SSO login page “Internal Server Error?

When you login to SSO and you see “Internal Server Error” (similar to the screen below),


please follow the steps below : 

* From a computer

  1. Open the web browser.
  2. From the settings, clear the browsing history

* From IOS 

  1. Open the Settings app, then select Safari (or the default browser).
  2. Scroll down, then select Clear History and Website Data.
  3. All history
  4. Activated Close All tabs
  5. Tap Clear History

* From Android

  1. Navigate to and open Chrome, and then tap More options (the three vertical dots).
  2. Tap Settings, and then tap Privacy and security.
  3. Tap Clear browsing data, and then check off your preferred settings. You can also tap the Time range drop-down menu to choose how much data you want to delete.
  4. When you're ready, tap Clear data. If you have a lot of data on your phone, it may take a minute or two for it to completely clear.
