When you login to SSO and you see “Internal Server Error” (similar to the screen below),
please follow the steps below :
* From a computer
- Open the web browser.
- From the settings, clear the browsing history
* From IOS
- Open the Settings app, then select Safari (or the default browser).
- Scroll down, then select Clear History and Website Data.
- All history
- Activated Close All tabs
- Tap Clear History
* From Android
- Navigate to and open Chrome, and then tap More options (the three vertical dots).
- Tap Settings, and then tap Privacy and security.
- Tap Clear browsing data, and then check off your preferred settings. You can also tap the Time range drop-down menu to choose how much data you want to delete.
- When you're ready, tap Clear data. If you have a lot of data on your phone, it may take a minute or two for it to completely clear.
