How to Change a TO Number on a DCF

 

Prerequisite:

1- First make sure you have the Corrector role enabled on your business user account.

2-The target TO has a placeholder created to receive the new DCF

 

Steps:

  1. Log into ADAMS as an ADO business user
  2. Within the Quick Search, select DCF
  3. Enter the sample code, click Search
  4. Open the relevant record
  5. Click Change  beside the TO number
  6. 2. Enter the new TO number & reason.
  7. Then click Yes, Change Testing Order button once it becomes available.
