What to do if Athlete Central app does not open on my mobile device

When trying to open Athlete Central, if you experience difficulty launching the application :

-  Make sure your operating system (OS) and installed version of Athlete Central are up to date.

- Try uninstalling and reinstalling Athlete Central.

If after completing these steps you continue to have difficulty launching the application, go to adams.wada-ama.org and log in to your account from a WEB browser, or contact your whereabouts custodian (International Federation /National Antidoping Organization) for help.

Remember that if you do not provide and update your whereabouts information correctly, you may be subject to a whereabout failure and 3 whereabouts failures in a period of 12 months may lead to an anti-doping rule violation.
