How to contact the ADAMS Support via the Support Request Form

As of May 1st, the ADAMS email address (adams@wada-ama.org) will no longer be monitored instead users are asked to complete this Support Request Form.

You will also be required to either verify your email address or have an account (instructions are available here) to submit an ADAMS support request.

 

Submitting your request via the form:

  1. Go to the support request form.
  2. Enter your email address and select your type of user.
    The additional fields are displayed depending on the type of user selected (custodian, username)
  3. Choose the relevant support category.
  4. Enter a subject.
  5. A list of suggested articles is displayed. Either select the relevant one or enter a description.
  6. Click Submit.
    The system automatically offers additional articles.
