How to contact the ADAMS Support via the Support Bot

As of May 1st, the ADAMS email address ( will no longer be monitored instead users are asked to complete this Support Request Form.

You will also be required to either verify your email address or have an account (instructions are available here) to submit an ADAMS support request.

To submit a support request via the bot:

  1. From, click Help to open the help assistant window.
  2. From the help assistant window click "Get in touch."
  3. Select "Leave a message" to open the support request form.

  4. Complete the form:

    1. Enter your email address and select your type of user.
      The additional fields are displayed depending on the type of user selected (custodian, username)

    2. Choose the relevant support category.
    3. Enter a Subject.
    4. A list of suggested articles is displayed. Either select the relevant one or enter a description.

    5. Click Submit.

  5. You may receive an email requesting you to confirm your email address and create a user account if this was not done before.
