What's new in September 2024

This release of ADAMS includes modifications made to improve the application and bring new features 

 

TUE Management

From now on any sub-status modification will trigger an activity that can be consulted under the activity log of the TUE itself. This keeps transparency on all modifications made to any given TUE. 

 

Whereabouts Failure Report

The Whereabout failure report will now include all the dates captured in the Whereabouts failure form  

 

Sample Collection Report

The Sample Collection Report is now displaying the following fields to the APMU users 

  1. Sport Gender

  2. Nationality

  3. Sport Nationality

  4. Blood Analyzer

Dear ABP users,

We have deployed in Next Gen ABP the release ABP 1.10.0 which includes the following  improvements  and bug fixes for ABP:

A- New APMU dashboard: Beta version

This release introduces a new APMU dashboard, available to all APMU users.

After logging in for the first time following the release, users will have the option to explore the new dashboard:

Users can switch to the new dashboard at any time and return to the old dashboard whenever they choose.

 

 

B- ADO Dashboard

  1. Passports are now accurately shown in the Follow-up tab when an APMU report with a sample confirmed by IRMS is submitted. 
  2. Passports listed in the Follow-up tab will be removed from this section once the passport custodian submits a PC report.

C- UI changes

  1. ABP Logo  is updated on the documents page to be consistent with the overall application.

2. Removal of all the "Unsubmitted APMU reports" from the documents page that were migrated from the old ABP system. 

3. The name of expert or APMU user  who submitted a report is now moved beside the opinion/ recommendation.

4. For an APMU, DTP or ADO user, it is now easier to identify from the reports section if "Target testing" or "Further analysis" has been suggested in a submitted APMU report thanks to the new indicator "

 

D- Passport activities log

The following new activities are added:

  1. when a sample validity is change for Steroidal blood or Endocrine as it is already the case for urine and ABP blood.
  2. When a DCF validity is changed on ADAMS DCF NG,  the corresponding activity is added including the reason of the validity change.

3. When a SSP is detected or confirmed for a sample

 

E- Passport table

  1. When the T/E value is -1,  "<LOQ " is displayed in the passport table.
  2. Microbial contamination display rules have been updated:

a)-When in the lab result only initial values are present, the column "MC" of the passport table displays “Yes” if:

b)- When in the Lab result, confirm values are present, the column "MC" of the passport table displays “Yes” if one of the 3 values respects the following conditions:

3. For any confirmed values, only the initial ones are shown if there are no confirmed values. Only confirmed values will be displayed, and the 'I' and 'c' symbols have been removed.

4. The exported passport table now includes the  "Sample type" to better categorize the data.

5. The "last sample matched" icon in the passport table now takes into account the sample that are not valid. If the last sample matched is invalid , the icon will be displayed on this latter.

F- Passport Page

1. When 'Steroidal profile' or 'Endocrine profile' is removed from the lab result of a blood sample, the 'Analysis Result' in the passport table is updated accordingly.

2. When a lab result with status "Not analyzed" is matched, there won't be any impact on the passport, hence no new notification on the APMU dashboard.

3. A message is added a the top of the charts, "Unable to update charts" when a passport recalculation failed for any reason (network issue, timeout).
