Creating a Doping Control Form for an athlete outside of your jurisdiction

  1. Log in as an Anti-Doping Organization business user

  2. Within the Quick Search Area, located in the upper-left column area of the ADAMS screen, select Athlete advanced search

  3. Enter any of relevant search criteria:

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Age

    • ADAMS ID number

    • BPID number

    • IF/NADO/ or accreditation number

    • ....

  4. Click Search All Athletes

  5. Select the correct record in the search result window, and click create DCF.
