If you have changed your phone number linked to your ADAMS Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), you will need to contact your Anti-Doping Organization or International Federation so that they can disable your old 2FA linked to your old phone number. Once disabled, your 2FA will be disabled for 24 hours.
*Tutorial video is available here.
- Within 24 hours of your old 2FA being disabled, log into ADAMS
- Click on your name in the top right-hand corner. Select security options.
- Click on Connection Settings.
- Click on Set up Authenticator Application settings.
- In an Authenticator App (Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator) on your phone, click add account and scan the QR code on the screen. It will require you to add a name or nickname to the new account.
- The Authenticator App will generate six-digit code which you will need to enter in Step 3 in ADAMS.
- Name your new device and click on Next.
- You will be able to see that your new 2FA has been set up.
