The user will not have to copy/paste or re-write the Game Information for every DCF, but ONLY once at the Testing Order level. the information will then be copied into the relevant DCFs

Result Management - AAF Notifications and ADRV Management

As of March 27th, ADAMS will be sending automated notifications to ADOs who have not uploaded the Notice of AAF into ADAMS in a timely manner.

One (1) notification and a reminder  shall be sent out to the ADOs until the Notice of AAF is properly uploaded into ADAMS.

If a third notification is required, the relevant WADA Regional Office or Sport Movement Relations team will contact the ADOs to assist with fulfilling the requirement. Failure to meet the requirements may initiate compliance proceedings.

The notifications will also include reminders for ADOs to insert the P/S Dates. Although not currently required in the ISRM, this will assist in preparing ADOs for this requirement in the 2027 ISRM.

ADAMS Athlete Profile security tab Improvements

Within the Athlete profile security tab a new section titled Organizations with past access is now accessible

This section, located under the Security tab of the Athlete Profile, displays a list of organizations that previously had access to the athlete's profile. It serves as an audit log to track who has accessed and potentially modified the profile.

Anyone with access to the Security tab can view this information.

Sample Collection Report Date Format

We have fixed an issue where the column Sample Collection Date would sometimes have an inconsistent format, making the report hard to convert and use subsequently.

After this release, the sample collection date field will now display the date according to the user's own computer format settings.

When exported in csv, xml, the report should also display the users own format or the default YYYY-MM-DD (2024-12-31)

Doping Control Form (DCF) Improvements - End-of-procedure Date

We have fixed an issue where the End-of-procedure date was not displayed as a mandatory field when filling DCF. After the release, the the End-of-procedure date is now clearly identified as a mandatory field in the DCF

Testing Order (TO) Improvements- Athlete Level and Team selection

We have fixed an issue where the Athlete Level and Team dropdown selectors were not working when the Testing Order had more than 15 athletes. After the release, both dropdowns are fully functional regardless of the number of athletes in the Testing Order.

BSS and Templogger Improvements

We fixed an issue where BSS was not calculated after a Doping Control Form was matched with the lab result. This issue was causing the system to display the error :: Temp Logger stopped before sample reception.

After the release of February 25th, the BSS calculation is successful and the error does not appear anymore.

This issue was causing passports to reappear in the APMU dashboards after being reviewed. Since Feb 25th, updates to the templogger will not trigger the passport to re-appear by default.
