- Within the “Finalization” tab, add your comments in the “Doping Control Officer Comment’ box
- Verify all the information with the athlete (modifications are not allowed after the document is "sealed")
- Let the athlete respond to the consent for research question and comment on the athlete comment section
- Collect all signatures
- Let the athlete choose and confirm a one-time password to be able to open the Doping Control Form that will be emailed to them
- Click Complete Doping Control Form
