How do I create a Chain of Custody?

  1. Complete one or multiple Doping Control Forms
  2. Within the “List of Athletes” of a Testing Order, click Add Chain of Custody.

  3. Select the relevant sample(s) on the next screen.
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions.
    Note that for standalone test, a chain of custody is required in order to upload the DCF with a “Completed” status in ADAMS.

Note: Chain of Custodies are synchronized in ADAMS once the Testing Order is complete (user clicks Finish Testing Order.)
