Where is the Letter of Authority?

  1. Access an individual test
  2. Go to the “Notification” tab and start the Notification process
  3. Select the language of the Athlete from the “Preferred athlete language” dropdown
  4. Click View Letter

Please note that this is a template letter only. Should your ADO wish to use a traditional paper alternative, you may skip this step by clicking Take a photo of the paper notification.
