How do I create a "Standalone" test?

In order to test an athlete that is not included in a Testing Order, a "Standalone" test can be created by the DCO upon approval by the SCA:

Log into DCO Central
Within the list of Testing Orders, click create Standalone test
1. Either Search for the athlete by typing his name and selecting the record
2. Or enter the Athlete first and last name to create a new profile..
Follow the onscreen instructions
