Resetting your Two-Factor Authentication Method

Athletes are able to disable their Two-Factor authentication by SMS or ToTP or change their phone number:

Prerequisite: the organization admin must temporarily disable two-factor authentication, see article for instructions.

  1. Log into ADAMS
  2. Click on your username to access your user preferences
  3. Click Security Options

  4. Open Connection Settings


  5. Remove the Two-Factor Authentication.


  6. Set up the Two-Factor Authentication.


Note: Non-athlete users who remove their two-factor authentication method will have no choice but to reconfigure it the next time they log into ADAMS.
