Creating a Pending Case

  1. Log into ADAMS as an ADO user
  2. Search for the relevant athlete
  3. In the athlete tree located in the bottom right pane, click New
  4. Select Pending Case
    1. For the category "2.1 Presence of a prohibited substance": add the associated Adverse Analytical Finding. Within the Pending case record, click Add in the Adverse Analytical Finding section and select the correct record.
  5. Enter all the relevant information including the notifications and the applicable dates.
      1. For the category "2.1 Presence of a prohibited substance": add the notice of Adverse Analytical Finding.
      2. If there is a decision regarding provisional suspension, please include it in other documents.
      3. Please DO NOT enter results management documents under activities.
