You should aim to identify a 60-minute time slot and Overnight Accommodation on a day where you travel. However, you may sometimes have long flights that prevent you from providing both categories of information. In these circumstances, travel entries allow you to skip one of the two categories on a travel day.

How do I provide travel information in ADAMS?

  1. Create a new entry by clicking a date in the calendar or by using the New button, as shown above.

  2. In the New Entry pop-up :

Select "Travel", at the bottom of the address drop-down list

  3. A "Be Aware" message will appear. Carefully review it, then click Confirm to continue.

  4. In the New Travel Entry pop-up :

    - Select Transportation Type (Air, Ground, or Other)

    - Enter information regarding your departure and arrival times and locations, as well as carrier (airline company) and routing number (flight number) if your Transportation Type is Air.

    - Provide any other relevant information, e.g. information regarding flight transfers and the estimated time of transport to and from the Airport, under Additional Information.
