The following changes are required in order to import/update Endocrine Profile for Blood Sample.

- A new Analysis Attribute value “Endocrine” is added.

- endocrine_profile_variable_code
- endocrine_profile_variable_value
- endocrine_profile_variable_confirmed
- A new column is available to add comments to Endocrine Profile variable:
- endocrine_details_comments
Blood Steroid Profile
- A new Analysis Attribute value “blood_steroid" is added.
