Accessing the forms completed with DCO Central

Doping Control Forms created in DCO Central are available in the Next Gen Doping Control Form, to access it:

  1. Log into ADAMS as a business user
  2. Search for either the athlete name, DCF ID or sample code, select the correct record to open the Doping Control Form
  3. Within the form, click the ellipsis

  4. select either option:
    1. View signed copy of DCF
    2. View signed notification
    3. view photo of the athlete at testing time
  5. Open the file downloaded with a PDF viewer.
