Accessing the Chain of Custody Forms created in DCO Central

Chain of Custody Forms created in DCO Central are available in the Chain of Custody Module:

  1. Log into ADAMS as a business user
  2. Open the Chain of Custody module

  3. Enter an of the search criteria, click search
  4. Select the relevant form

You can also access the forms by opening a Doping Control Form and click "View CoC"
