The Next Gen ABP chat functionality allows Athlete Passport Management Unit (APMU) and Expert or Passport Custodian (PC) users to securely exchange messages regarding the selected passport.
APMU, experts and Passport Custodians users can send a chat to:
- All experts assigned to the passport being reviewed.
- to a specific expert assigned to the passport being reviewed.
- To the Passport Custodian users
The list of previous messages are listed with the following details:
- Message
- Date and time
- Sender
