Creating Multiple Doping Control Forms from a Testing Order

This functionality allows users from the Testing Authority or Sample Collection Authority to quickly create multiple Doping Control Forms from a Testing Order:

  1. Open the Testing Order
  2. Within section 2, select one or more athletes
  3. Click the Other Actions Drop-down and select Create Multiple Doping Control Forms

  4. Acknowledge the warning message
  5. Complete the empty fields
  6. Close the section to move on to the next athlete
  7. Click Save and Review all athletes
